LOVE THE COCOON, BUT FABRIC IS Scratchy

I love these and have bought at least a half a dozen, Some of them the fabric is soft and comfy but some are scratchy and the fabric composition is the same but the feel is different every time. Suggest changing composition of making the feel of these softer
